What is EFT?

EFT stands for the Emotional Freedom Techniques and is often referred to as “Tapping.”

EFT is a practical stress-reduction tool that uses our fingers to gently tap on the various meridian points in the body. This mindset technique clears emotional blocks while reducing stress and providing pain relief and relaxation.

Where are the meridian points?
